I love ordering from Plantshop.me Bahrain, they always have a great variety and their customer service is excellent. Ive ordered many plants there and I am obsessed with them! The delivery is usually very fast and the plants arrive in great condition for the most part, out of approximately 21 plants Ive ordered, I think I only had issues with three of them (two pretty much were my fault honestly for over-watering I think?) Ive also ordered a number of supplies there. The website is also easy to navigate and use. My only wish would be for the website to provide as many offers and product variety to Bahrain residents as they do to Dubai ones, please!

Terrible service. Please don’t ever buy from this site. I send my mother a set of very expensive pots. She didn’t like the Colour and wanted another Colour for the same pot. They point blank refused and were inflexible saying they bought it from a supplier and it cannot be changed. Please don’t use this website rather visit your local nursery.

My order was delivered to an address in Bahrain. I purchased a wide variety of plants from this shop (more than 9 different plants) and only ONE has survived. The rest developed a spider mites fungus which I learned later was a result of poor plant care before they were purchased. Not to mention the leaves of the plants were all extremely dirty when I purchased them. When I tried contacting the shop, they told me to just cut off the bad parts of the plant.

Such healthy and fresh plants. Their plants brought loads of happiness to my life .. the kids love the plants and the vibrant color of the flowers. The plants and the colours mentioned are exactly as in the pictures mentioned. What’s amazing is the plant care instructions on the website .. the customised delivery system where they call us and inform us prior to home delivery ...reasonable price... overall very satisfied ..

Reading all the reviews, I decided to give it a try and order orchid potting soil from them. It was a big mistake.Can someone tell me how I am supposed to plant anything in this soil? Its full of 5-10 cm or even bigger bark pieces... The rest is LECA balls, wood pieces and maybe coconut husk. No Spaghnum moss for example to hold moisture.

Ordered many plants, all were ok except 3 roses, which were completely sick and dying, contacted them after 3 days because it was national days and holidays, and asked for exchage of sick plants, which should be available within 7 days as per their policy on the website. For a week nobody got back to me and the contact number is not replying to messages and phone calls throughout all this time. I andivce not to order delivery, better go yourself and see what you are buying.

Service is very good, collection is also wide, however, the Plants are not as healthy as I expected unfortunately. In my order, one of the moss balls was rotten from the inside and have to try to keep it alive. The other plant was also a little sick but it could be the environment shock.Anyway, I would still recommend this place and I would buy plants again.

Its been almost one year since I ordered some plants. I havent received my order and I have not been notified of cancellation. It was also very hard to reach any customer service, that anyway claimed the order was still going to arrive. Well, Im starting to think it is not. Good that I opted for cash on delivery.

Messaged me last minute that one of the plants I ordered was out of stock and would not be delivered, and the string of pearls I got was dying and covered in fungus. The rubber plant was filled with spider mites and had webs all over it. Waste of money buying plants from here.

Been looking for a reliable plant store, who could assist me in selecting the best plants for my new apartment and these guys were marvelous. Got all my plants delivered today and I just loved them. There were many other online stores, who declined my request for personal assistant in plant selection and these people just went past my expectation. They delivered after my order 2 days. They came exactly what they were promised on the web page maybe even better. I ordered 2 times from them 10 diffrent plants. They are still good and getting taller. When you purchase more than 100 Dirham they dont charge delivery fee. Its a good and trustble company. I ll order after the holiday again.

Bought five or six plants like a month ago and they are all dying, tried to contact them many times and didnt get any response for 10 days and followed up again, and finally got back an advise to use a distilled water instead of pipe one. What a professional advise for almost dead plants and they didnt even bother to answer with more then two sentences, is it for real you consider this website is a good plant shopping one noway it is not at allllllll

Ordered 2 indoor plants and a packet of fertilizer. The plants were of good quality. Delivered on the day and time window they confirmed on the call. The pricing was ok. They charge more than dubai garden centre when it comes to fertilizer and pesticides. The delivery charge is also quite steep when compared to other online plant stores. But the quality of the plants they delivered to me was top class. Recommended.

25Jul2020 : Bad Customer Service. Not genuine. When your plants are delivered, examine your plants carefully before accepting the delivery and return them immediately if they do not meet your expectations. For the same reason always opt for Cash/Card on delivery.I ordered a Peperomia Cape Lilian which got delivered all droopy and limp. While receiving the order i couldnt make out as the plant & pot was wrapped in a plastic wrap making it look like all the leaves were upright. I contacted them with the picture of the droopy plant and they didnt have the courtesy to respond back.The Pothos varieties i ordered were ok, but they were un-rooted plants pinned down to the soil in the pot using u-shaped long pins - making it look like rooted plants in the pots. As they were pothos , I revived them by transferring to water. This kind of slyness is not acceptable.Given their exorbitant pricing I excepted integrity and prompt customer service for replacements / refunds - which they totally lack . Please exercise caution when buying from them.

Not recomending this site at all. You should post on the site the exact product you are delivering. The cow and poultry manure what you have posted is alyahar company. 25 kg you are selling is 53 dirhams. In the market 25 kg is 10 dirhams you are charging 5 times the market price and posting diffrent picture. And not mentioning or posting the real pic. Plus very bad customer service.

Absolute mistake buying from them, they dont care about customers. Bought 3 plants from them last year, they brought 3 dying plants over. I complained and they said these plants look like that. True enough, within 3 months, 2 of the plants died, and the remaining surviving one had never a single flower blossomed or bore fruit

After a month of having grape that I bought from this company, I found out that the plants light spots were having in the beginning on the leaves spreading to new leaves as well. After reporting a problem and asking for maintenance help, I was asked to wait and eventually completely ignored.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered a snake plant A few days ago and I got a call yesterday that informed me my delivery would be on Tuesday. I randomly get a whatsapp message from a guy with an Indian number saying he is with plantshop and that he was going to deliver my plant “within the hour”. Needless to say he went well over the hour and despite my many messages and voice notes as I was already late for work but he would not reply.I then called the head office and that’s when I spoke with a guy named sunny from customer service and he informed me that these people who deliver the products you order are not affiliated with the company nor any other company at all, THEYRE JUST RANDOM PEOPLE! People who aren’t liable for any damages or no deliveries! DO NOT ORDER from these people I have received no call from any manager whatsoever to apologize for the situation and I’m so glad I requested COD. Waste of time!

Products are good and they answer calls immediately for inquiries and favors and they deliver on time. But they need to seriously think about their packaging. One of my orders is a coco peat block and it was correctly delivered to the address i specified (which is my office), problem is it arrived bare and unpacked. The delivery guy didnt even have a plastic bag.

Great variety of plants and the website is easy to navigate.I purchased two plants online. One of them is VERY tiny for the price. The other one is a pilea; it seems to be weak and had rotting (large brown spots) on one leaf. Leaf growth was not symmetrical which gives the idea that either the plant was not in a good condition and the leaves fell off/had to be cut off or the plant was not well taken care of.
